My buddy eating his breakfast in.....a tree?

Standing out in the front yard this morning with the new D7000 in hand. I heard a strange noise coming from over my head. I look up in the tree and find this little guy eating what is left of the pecans on my huge pecan tree. He posed nicely for some shots in return for the free breakfast! :lmao:

You missed the focus on #1 but did well on #2. Cute little guy.

Ya I know I did, today is the coldest day of the year thus far for us here in Oklahoma. It took all I had to try to remain still long enough just to get my focus point set on him!!

Then the wind would blow, I would shake like a leaf....well you get the idea!
