Out of Focus, or Out of Frame, there are contests for oof photos on a lot of sites and its not for out of focus shots.
Do a little more research before limiting yourself to a single thought process and keep learning!

Please explain how to get Out of Frame right in camera??? I am dying to learn. Especially the settings you use to achieve the kinds of images you linked to WITHOUT a whole lot of photo manipulation.
