Welcome. It's my dad. I used only two provisional lights. I haven't got photo studio, so I must to do experiments .

I like the mood you are trying to create but they are really dark. I think you could lighten them up and get the same mood but also get more detail.

Also I don't like how you've cut off the top of his head in all three shots.

The second one is my favorite.

I like. Yes, they are dark but if that's what you were aiming at, why not? Maybe try cropping differently to see how they look without the top of head being cut off?

Number 1 is the best, but the framing is still too tight with the brain amputation.

I really like the first, but i also agree that it shouldn't be so tightly cropped.
