It looks a tad oversharpened and the direct (on-camera?) flash produces some harsh shadows and shiny patches on her skin and also the back of the chair (for example), but her smile and hairstyle and overall spontaneous posture makes this a photo that will make many people smile along with your daughter!!!! Such a cute smile NEEDED to be captured FAST with whatever was at hand, and if it was the camera with its inbuilt flash, then so be it!

I agree with LaFoto it is somewhat oversharpened and noisy, but a must have picture. She is a cute little bugger, she should provide you with many great pictures in the years to come.
