My First Journey Into The World

Hello, this is my first post. I am a teenager who loves taking photos. I guess I consider myself an amatuer. Please tell me what you think of a few photos I've taken over the past two months. Maybe you can give me some insights on what to do better. Keep in mind that I have yet to get my own SLR. All the photos here were taken on a 5.1 MP small Nikon Coolpix.

At the end of the summer, I'm getting paid $1000. I'm deciding either to buy a DSLR or to save it up for College.
