As for the photo:
It's not really macro. It's a nice enough photo of a...uh...is that a robberfly? I'm not sure...anyway, always exciting to shoot interesting insects, but besides not really being macro, it's a bit OOF and compositionally it would look better if it weren't right in the middle of the frame.

One other thing: Please, please, please--don't put SOOO much "dead" space in your post. There was so much white space before your last line that I very nearly just left the thread instead of scrolling down any further.
