The answer using an intergrated flash is tricky. They are not really meant for any kind of advanced photography. Just a snap.
I've rigged up bits of white paper to bounce things, but this starts to beome problematic because of the low power output and physical small size of a built in flash.
Using an off camera head with a diffuser would help a lot.
Or the perfect solution would be to use a proper studio head and modifier.
