Did you consider a different colour top for the girls? (Sorry, I just hate all shades of purple/lilac and don't think they go very well with the blue...)

hmmm, I rather liked the purples and blues combined with the decidedly cooler white balance... But I'll take it under advisement.

I agree. I live in Red Oak & the Bluebonnets are really blooming this year. These are the best I've ever seen around here.
