My laptop for a "JVC GZ-HD7 Camcorder"

I have an Acer laptop, bought around tax time earlier this year for 700$. All I want is the camcorder about or something like it? I can also throw in a Kodak z650 camera that still goes for 150$

More info on the laptop can be given, I'll give a few details.

Has AMD dual core
160g HD
2gigs of ram
Built in webcam
SD card reader

So on and so on.
