It is difficult to really critique BABY-photos.
What I see here is that there is quite a bit of room above his head, yet his little hand (right arm, front) got cropped off in the middle. A pity.
And what I personally struggle with is the effect of softbox-reflections in baby's eyes - the catchlight gets sooo large, the eyes begin to look so --- well, what is the word for it? Can't think of any. Eerie of sorts.
It might as well not even have been a softbox but a large glass shade of the bedroom ceiling light, but whatever it was, I am very distracted by this catchlight in his eyes.
The white of his suit looks blown, and I think the aperture was a tad too wide open, I would have wished for a BIT more DOF.
But hey.
He's yours!
