First one is best but you need to dodge / burn / clone the intense light on the horizon as it detracts from everything else in the pic.
The clouds / trees look a bit OOF maybe because you took too long between shots and they moved. With stuff that moves I try to bracket in camera several times and take pics with different settings all in quick succession. This gives you some latitude when PP to match up the best pics.
Dont worry about over processing. If you like it that is all that matters.
