So i am open to your feedback's.

both are soft.. the second one is very soft! Did you use a tripod? Remote shutter release? Very overexposed also

My advice.. is use tripod, and remote shutter release. Use the sunny 16 rule for exposure at ISO 100 in Manual... NOT Program! Evaluative metering mode will overexpose a shot like this everytime! Use spot meter if you want to meter... and spot focus also!

Exif shows flash fired??? WHY?

yes, tripod, and remote shutter release will make your life easier. both are available cheap i think i got my shutter release for like $5. but here is my moon result

here is one of mine...

D7000, 400mm, ISO 100, F11, 1/60 and a major crop! With a good tripod, remote shutter release, and spot focus, spot meter in manual!
Use the search feature, this has been covered time and time again. there is a lot of great info out there, including the advice above.
