Messing around the house this morning and decided to try some macro shots with my point & shoot. For the life of me I couldn't get focus on the moose's nose so what I did was lock focus and then move the camera back until it was focusing on what I wanted. I think it came out okay. The moose is actually part of the base of a small lamp in my living room. The ship is a large model sitting in my bay window. I couldn't quite get focus on the end of the mast in photo #4.
