These shots had some huge potential but i think only the first one actually looked good to me. The rest are overdone and fake looking, thats my opinion and maybe you were going for that look idk. Are these actual HDR or single exposure tone mapping? Picture #2 is aboslutelty my favorite and if done right could be gorgeous. 3 and 4 have major halos and look as if someone just hit a preset on photomatix and called it a day.

I guess it's all preference. for me too, I'm not a fan of over doing HDRs. for that reason, I th ink the 1st one is closest to reality and why it's my favorite out of the bunch.
