These are interesting shots and I am impressed that you could get the dog to pose so well. My only comment would be that the dark couch as a background for a black dog is probably not the best choice. He (she) seems to almost blend a bit with it in the first two shots.

Get the dog on the floor, he will contrast nicely against the wood.

Nice shots though.
