You're not going to find many people on here that appreciate the horizontal portrait/ dead space.
While I do like horizontal portraits, I think he needs to be larger in the frame.

And yes.. I agree with Mully! I dislike the new trend for horizontal portraits with tons of dead wasted space. If there is a reason for the space to be there, fine.. but most don't have that... they are just following the trend!

This was actually used as part of an advertisement.... there was writing on the left of the image. I should have mentioned that or cropped before posting.

Personally mine all get cropped because I prefer horizontal as well I think it is a super cute shot and handsome little boy

I actually prefer it with the horizontal image. There's something about seeing a subject within a little bit of context that I really prefer...apparently, its just me
