yes he does. He doen't know any different though. He's had the false eye since he was 11 months old. He's 4 now.

In German, we have an expression that means to look at something with particular interest, and it goes (word-by-word translated into English) "to throw an eye on someone or something". He can do it! Literally. Once he'll get interested in a particular girl, most German boys can only figuratively "throw an eye on her". No him.
