I think i can see some parallax-error and some stitching problems resulting from it.

you are not using a panorama head, right? If you do not rotate exactly around the nodal point of the lens (as you can do with a pano-head), then all images which combine background and close foreground are a nightmare to stitch.

Distant skylines or mountians are easy, images including foreground features are not.
