Well this was a shot from Yosemite that I decided to see what I could make of it with some (obvious) editing in photoshop. Not as good as what I have seen some others do but I am proud for my first attempt with fumbling around =p

Nice composition and colors, I to am just learning how to tweak, it is difficult.

Oh, the soft, velvet-y character of the moss on the rocks and the smooth rushing water is really nice. And the soft glow ... but I mostly like the greens in this photo here! Ah well, it is probably breaking news to you all that LaFoto is a sucker for green as in nature, isn't it !?!?!??

Beautiful composition and "old oil painting" feel. You might try softening the grass and sticks in the foreground slightly more to match the rest and see how that feels to you.
