NAPP or Lynda.com?

So, I'd like some feedback from everyone. I am looking at a membership to either of these sites, and can't decide. I like the broad spectrum of info on lynda.com, but wonder if the info/tutorials on photoshop are not as good as NAPP? I really want to learn photoshop, but I imagine general tutorials on portraiture, framing, etc offered by lynda.com may be helpful. Have any of you loved one over the other?

Lynda.com paid for annually is $250, the premium annual (includes exercise files/iPhone/iPad access) is $375.

Both NAPP and Kelbytraining are Scott Kelby enterprises, and as a NAPP member you get a nice discount at Kelbytraining.

NAPP gets you more than just video tutorials, has a relatively new online training section, and is only $99 a year.
Discounts on software, hardware, office supplies, lens rentals, motels, car rentals, and more - like free standard UPS shipping from B&H and Adorama, MPIX specials.....
Savings from the discounts may earn your membership fee back.
You get Photoshop User magazine, access to the NAPP member forums, and the Help Desk.
