I love how the colors came out on this and the composition, but I feel like there is something still missing??
I had to photoshop out a white car that was in the middle of the picture as it was too distracting to me, as well as a yield sign.

What is missing or contains too much of is color balance, not recropping to adjust for shift in horizon line, a lack of tone, white balance, color saturation and realistic color for the white point. Quick edit and crop to a 16:9 to eliminate unnecessary foreground water. Reset white balance and reset black point to more accurately represent the data contained in the file. By the by, auto white balance will get you what you presented more often than not. Use your white balance dropper and get accurate from the outset as it will make the rest of your editing far more accurate..and easier.
