some of my first pics..i'm still learning, obviously!

Welcome to the forum. Your first one has a nice whirling semi-circle effect on the clouds. The sun is a little too intense though. You might want to either cut out the sund or try bracketing your shot on the underexposure side. I do like the sun in the picture but it can be rather hard to capture the sun correctly.

I love sunrise and sunsets. I have a few myself ( doesn't everyone? ). The one thing I've learned with sun shots is to use the convenient bracketing setting. I personally kinda like the intensity of the sun.

The flowers are ok but a little dark and needs more contrast.

I kinda got what you were trying to do with the last one; capture the shadows from the sun in the sand. Unfortunately, I keep looking for the subject in your picture. Perhaps a sea shell.

thanks for the comments!
I'm still new to photography and learning to use my camera but I'm pretty satisfied with the results so far!
