I'm working this pic in PS and there seem to be something wrong and I can't find out. My eyes must be too tired.

Maybe it's the noise on the arms and shadows (it was taken way back with an old fuji S5000 which did not have fine output...)

Can you please help and comment?

Note: Don't look at black background and some halo around the hairs, not there yet.

Not sure I condone this weird science, especially with that lotion in the background. Try more subtle adjustments.
