1. Selective blurring -- Whip out the blur tool and go to town arbitrarily.
2. Missed Focus -- Shoot at a very narrow DOF and focus on her shoulder. Bonus: Overexposed highlights so a fake lens flare is added.
3. Low Quality -- Combo of #2 (focus on the ground in front of her) plus trying to overcompensate in post on her eyes to overcome the lack of any good technique.
I think what you really like about the photos is the soft color toning; because there's really not much "awesome" in terms of quality in all three examples--this includes the lack of technical skill of the photographer, poor framing/composition, and sub-par post processing to try to fix a bad photo but attempting to make it trendy so you overlook the flaws.
