Need a Photo Organizer software for Mac

I use iPhoto, and have no issues with it.

Then again, I don't leave more than 20K images in the library at a time... I store them offline.

lightroom 2.0 and a drobo for a storage bank

or atleast thats how im doing mine for now till I find a better way

Lots of information, thank you all, as now I am checking LitghRoom 2 to see how it goes and will report and let you all know. Iphoto has been sort of slow for us around here.
