Need Advice Please. A Few More.

I'm trying to see what my first attempt at Photography is like to others. My first post seemed as though the pictures were not showing up or they were just plain bad photos. I'm going to try three more. Hope I'm posting this correctly. Thank you again.

Have you explored any of the guidelines that apply to the visual arts? Guidelines like framing, composition, use of light, line, form, shape, etc. Guidelines for Better Photographic Composition.

There are some well done tutorials on digital photography at www.cambridgeincolor.com.

When you are composing a post it is not a bad idea to 'preview' it before submitting it. Doing so will allow you to see what your post will look like once it is posted. This option shows up when you 'go to advanced' which is near the bottom of the page.

As for your images. A circular polarizer filter can be used where you have broad expanses of bright blue sky. It will help make the skies blue again and add a bit more contrast to the scene.
