Need cheap film in bulk!

I need a supply of film. Quite a lot of it. We're talking about 60 amateurs learning how to use this stuff for a year. (a photo club setup).

I am guessing it's gonna be BW as well as color film.

Where would I get the film, so that it's good quality and not expensive? I'd buy large amounts too.

Come up with a number of rolls of film you think you're actually going to order all in one shot and start emailing film suppliers. Some already quote bulk discounts online, smaller suppliers will email you back right quick with a bulk discount amount. The big commercial suppliers will just say, if anything, 'our prices are as listed online'...........

You start ordering a few hundred rolls all at once, the suppliers will come to you. But you have to just start shopping around a bit first.

Ok.... Efke? I've never heard of that before...

But then I never heard of much film stuff either. I shoot digital.

I think we could order easily about 200-300 rolls at a time.

Some of the best prices I have seen on film in bulk has been from Free Style Sales Company, LA. They also give discounts to educators. Free catalog for the asking.
