Need help getting this reflection photo

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but I was wondering if someone could help me to figure out what angle I would need to get a shot like these. I have the glass but when I take my picture I get either some of me or my camera in the reflection. Also I have gotten a flash in it if I had to use my flash. I hope I explained this correctly.

How would you get yourself in the picture? were you shooting straight down or something? Examples of what you did?

I have the black acrylic. I bought it off of the lady that done the pics above. I am sorry I didnt know that you couldnt post pictures as examples.

I meant when I was trying to take a pic of my daughter using this black acyrllic I wasnt getting alot of her in the reflection like in the above pictures. I would get some of her and some of myself. I tried to shoot down and got my camera in the reflection...I tried to shoot up from an angle but still couldnt get much of her reflection.

I still don't understand how on earth you could get yourself into the picture if you're shooting from that angle...you should post an example of what you've done.
