Need help with image quality

Good day,
I'm a beginning photographer and I wish to know if you could help me. I feel like using my camera (Pana DMC-FZ38) indoors, but my images are always correlated and are a bit off in terms of sharpness. Could you please take a look at the image and tell me what settings exactly i need to change?

Not sure what you mean by 'correlated', but I'd say you need to dial down the ISO considerably.

I lowered my ISO down to 200 and got this result:

The quality is already considerably better but I think it still needs tweaking, I just don't know what. Some more help please :er:

Maybe all your latest image needs is a bit of post processing, and the white balance seems a bit blue.

that's exactly it, my white balance was off, (I completely forgot about WB )
