Need to get some Talons ASAP!!

Hi,

I'm trying to get a couple of Talons lens kits as gifts for an office holiday party, but both the Peregrine Optics website and Amazon list them backordered until Dec. 18!

I haven't seen them sold in stores generally... anyone know where else I might try? The party is on the 20th, but I'd rather not pay for overnight shipping.

Just found the answer. Apparently not sold in stores, but only through their own website and amazon. This reminds me though - I noticed that the cleaning fluid that comes with the Talons (its called halcionspray, I think) leaves a type of coating on my lenses that seems to help keep them cleaner or at least for the debris to fall off more easily. But at the same time, it feels a little weird to leave a coating on my lenses. Is that the so-called "antistatic" coating? How do I know if its ok to leave some kind of coating on my lenses? (I mostly have been using it for my glasses, by the way, but I did use it on a macro a couple of times so far and it doesn't seem to be wreaking havoc.)
