Need to know what hoya filters is this..

i asked the photographer which filter did he used to acheive this look.. and he said hoya but ignore me and didnt tell me.....i know hoya made alot of filter and also they have like 200 of thems..would any one knows which one is this..

Probably a CPL filter? Circular polarizing filter.

What look are you referring to? I don't note anything odd that a filter would create except the lack of glare which I wouldn't expect from a car in the shade. A CPL could've been used but it's not note worthy.
