I know the "spots" in the water are actually things sitting on top, but for fun, I'd clone them out to see if it helps/adds to the photo. Very nice image, just think I'd give it a shot.

I agree with the others, a very beautiful shot and, as CHris said, if you could crop out the spots it would take the photo to the next level.
