Big plans for a fancy shot with the family silhouetted in the foreground looking upwards was planned next, but my tripod BROKE. A very nice Manfrotto, at that. Oh well, I’ll try again in 6,400 years.

Oklahoma is such a great spot for star gazing. I remember when I first got to Tinker AFB, we were sitting outside the barracks one night watching a meteor shower. Good memories!
