That is one gorgeous-looking jackalope mount!! As a resident of the far western part of the USA, I can state proudly that I am envious of that fine jackalope mount, and would LOVE to have such a fine specimine on display in my humble abode. We used to have abundant herds of wild jackalope, but trophy hunting (and their tasty meat!) has thinned them down to a very precious few remaining individuals. I do hope that is from the old days, and is not a black-market jackalope mount.

Oh, yes, for sure!!! I remember my very first jackalope hunt, from when I was a boy. I managed to down a big, grizzled old buck, a massive 3x3...what we in the west refer to as a "three-pointer", but which under the common system of Eastern Count, would be called a "six-point". Oh, my father was sooo proud! of course, we didn't have a cape mount done, just the antlers, on a simple wooden plaque.
