New glass D300s

Looking at getting some new glass for my D300s. I currently have the following:
Nikon 16-85mm F/3.5-5.6
Nikon 50mm f/1.8
I definitely want to get
Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8
I am also considering something a little wider. Which one would be a better purchase?
Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5 or Nikon 10.5mm f/2.8?
I am not a pro, but it is a hobby that I really enjoy. I take a lot of family pics, portraits and some landscape. Please let me know if you should consider other lenses.

I do not know what your budget is, but I have nearly the same setup as you.

All these on a D300:

Sigma 10 - 20
Sigma 24 - 70 2.8
Nikon 50 1.8
Nikon 80-200 2.8
Sigma 150 - 500

I actually use the 24-70 and 10 - 20 the most. Really like the 10mm focal length for landscapes and other creative uses, but also like the speed of the 24-70. If cash is a concern, I would go with the 80-200 Nikon and the Sigma 10-20.

I'd consider the Nikon 10-24mm for ultra wide-angle and the Nikon 70-300 VR for more reach.
