New Headshot Website Critique Please!

Hi Everyone,

I have been putting together some images of friends and contacts and have launched a portrait/headshot website for actors, actresses and corporates.

I'd really like to know what you all think about both the website and the photography.

This is based in the UK (london obviously as you will see!) hence the predominantly black and white images for the actors section - casting shots over here have to be B&W.
