New, Just a few photos.

Well, I'm not a profesional photograpgher, but I do enjoy photography. I've done mostly simple wedding photos for friends and family, and a couple friends of friends. I've easily taken 3 times more wedding photos then anything else. But, here are a few of my pictures I've taken over the last six months or so.

Mission San Jaun Capistrano

La Jolla sunsets

I like this one, however, I'm not sure about the foreground.

Mission San Luis Rey

I really like this shot, but I'm dissapointed with the overall out come, next time I'm there, I'm going to try it over again with a great DOF.

Ruby's and Oceanside Pier

hey there Redsand187

it doesn't look like your server is letting you hotlink photos to this site, could be a security feature. there are a few other image servers listed in the thread above this that will you allow to hotlink over to the photoforum.

I really dig the look and feel of the first photo of the mission, and thats wicked sunset in the second!

Strange, I've never had a problem on other forums with the pictures. Maybe it's a temporary service thing.

Thanks for the complements. BTW, if you don't know those pictures are from the Southern California coastal area, real close to San Deigo.

Hey Redsand, I really like your mission shots - I think the one with the fountain might be more effective if it weren't quite so centered. And the one just below it, the sunset - really gorgeous! Thanks for sharing these!

They were in the process of repairing the main Church in the Mission due to earthquake damage, so there was scaffolding all over the place. I actually had to crop some of it out on the left side. It would be kind of hard to compose the shot and not get a bunch of the side walls, as, that picture is gets nearly 100% of the width of that side yard.
