New lens.

I picked up brand new in box Minolta 100mm f/2.8 macro, it was a deal I simply couldn't pass up (think almost stole it). The guys at my local shop are great and the have just found a loyal customer.:hail:

First shot, I still need work with macro technique and a better flash.

Side note: The colors in the picture taken from my flickr are no where near as vibrant as the files save on my computer. This is the second time I've noticed this happening, anybody else have that problem?

Watch the color space you are working in. I think you are working in Adobe RGB, and the web converts it in sRGB because it can't support Adobe RGB.

I am working in Adobe RGB, so I bet your right. Thanks for the info
