I don't like some of the facial expressions, but like the concept. Number 3 looks the best to me...it has both.

The eyes are handled best in number 7 and that is the most important part of any portrait. Number 4 has a magenta/purple fringing problem on the right side which is a serious weakness and rules out that shot.
