I know the new Nikon 1.4 50 mm. AF-S is due out sometime this month. Has anyone heard when?

What are they selling for? I have heard they will sell for somethiing like $350 - $400.

Maybe some discounting by individual stores right after Christmas....

Well mine came in at £265 delivered here in the UK. I think the cheapest place you can get them is £250 I've heard but most seem to be selling around £270/280 with one place sitting at £330!!!!

I don't think they are available yet in the U.S. Silver...how do you like it?

J&R had them earlier this week, but they're sold out now. B&H has said January, all along.

i pre-ordered mine from adorama, and never received it. So I'm ordering through J&R which is offering it at $395 with a Google discount!

I'm surprised Adorama didn't come through, I pre-ordered back in October?!
