New Photo need some advice

When I played around with it, I liked the pier off center a bit and less sky. If the water weren't so pretty when the color is amped up a bit, I might make it b&w, I love the look of the pier, itself!

I dont see a subject, I see alot of distractions. Is it the pier? The reflections? The trees? The houses? I find my eyes roaming the whole shot seeking a focus point.

For me, the focal point is the fact that the water looks like a mirror. Its amazingly still. There is a lot going on here, but its the first thing I noticed.
