New point and shoot under 500 dollars?

Hello, I've been away from photography for awhile and thinking about getting a reasonably priced point and shoot, the two I am looking at so far are the

Canon PowerShot SX620 HS​

I am defn a fan of Canon

and the

Panasonic DMCZS60 18 Digital Camera with 30X Optical Image Stabilized Zoom with 3" LCD​

I have not been shooting for awhile My other camera is a Canon t5i but I'm in a wheelchair and it's hard to lug around and change lenses, and I worry about being robbed, being in a wheelchair, that's not hard for someone to do.
