New Shots at the Manhattan Bridge (C&C)

I was photographing the same bridge Tuesday....small world isn't it.

I took a number of shots of the bridge, but not from the part of the park you did. I like the b&w.
I was down in those rocks where the children are playing for some of my shots. Tide was low like in your picture.

I like the tones in #2 & 3, and the texture in #3. Composition is nothing special. Try reducing distractions in the frame (trees in #1, especially the left one), emphasize your subject, get closer if need be.

Last two shots (and last shot in particular) I'm not crazy about. The texture in teh 2nd to last is nice but I think the last one was just informative?

Really like the tone in #2.

For #1 I like it but I'd agree the tree is distracting -- maybe try from a different angle, close up with a wide lens maybe?
