Im getting the at a77 slt camera i was looking at lenses and i see theres a mount lenses and e mount whats the difference and any suggestions to what are good lenses to record with videos and for normal pictures

The Sigma 2.8 17mm to 50mm zoom would be a good basic lens to go from wide angle to portrait range. For telephoto the 2.8 Tamron 50mm to 200mm tests out very well or the 70mm to 300mm Sony G lens that is slower at 4.5 to 5.6 but has a good reach.

A Mount ... for the Alpha cameras
E Mount ... for the NEX cameras

The DT 16-105mm lens is a nice one.
