New Webcam Support: Fuji, Olympus and Panasonic Going Live

Olympus, Panasonic and Fuji have recently released computer software or updated recent camera firmware to act as "Webcams". Other issues have also been addressed. I don't know the state of Canon, Nikon or Sony. It might be that they have already dealt with this issue sufficiently.
