newborn photography

Hi, I'm gonna have my first newborn session sometime this month (due Christmas day) or early in Jan. Is there some tutorials on newborn photography, I'd like to be able to do black and white of the hands of the parents and feet of the child with black background but can't find anything on line. I've copied a link to one I like. If anyone can give me advice I'd like to be ready when the time comes... Thanks
