one of the guys i work with is from rhode island and has the accent to prove it. he called in once saying he was going to be late cause he couldn't find his khakis. when he finally showed we gave him all kinds of crap about losing his pants. ended up being his car keys. he also has some weird syntax, like 'throw the baby out the window it's blanket.'
