hell no. all you gotta do is drop some money into a quality scanner...

then you have beautiful shots in slide print or digital...

oh yeah I have a scanner but gives me crap most of the time.

anyone whos into photography that doesnt know what a contax is should hit the books, and maybe a lesson or two on quality.
