Any advice on what could make this look better?

Can anyone tell me how I can make the sky darker in this photo without affecting the rest of the color levels?

If you really want to make the sky darker, you could select it in PS and then change the levels. Or do a levels adjustment level and mask the sky. I'd want to tone down all the lights in the middle though.
