Good shots. Nice balance of flash and club ambiance. If I had one suggestion, it would be to purchase something to make your flash wireless, and start shooting one-handed, and doing flash with the other hand outstretched to create some dynamic shadows to your subjects. I promise you, as one w10 years of doing club/rave/party photography, it will make your photos stand out. ;-)

Hey Kent I totally agree and I do have slaves/off camera shoe cord but I was feelin lazy that night and bounced where I could instead. The Party pic you posted is pretty rad by the way.
